This morning I was rudely awakened by this rhythmic knocking noise at my window. At first I thought it was someone, trying to get my attention. So with my half shut eyes, I looked and saw something moving, which made me wake up.... Lo and behold, it was a squirrel!!! Turns out that my roommate had left a bag of nuts by the window, the squirrel somehow finally saw it (after a month, but then again we hardly have that window open)... So I decided to just let the squirrel have fun, after all there is a wire mesh on the window. I was surprised when I saw his head poke through..... I was like ok, this squirrel is one bad little squirrel. I got some pictures, so when that film finishes, and gets developed, I'll post it, but it sure has given me a whole new perspective on squirrels (:

On a side note, we had thunderstorms in Champaign-Urbana, the whole of yesterday after 12pm. It was pouring so hard, that I was totally soaked in a few seconds. Nevertheless, I rode my bike to class, found the washroom and wrung the water out, and then took my exam, which I think I did ok on... I think for sure there are two things I messed up on... But the results will tell in good time (:
